Giovanni Manetti is an Italian portrait and fashion photographer, currently based in Paris.

After graduating in Cinema and History of the Performing Arts from the University of Florence, he made his debut in the publishing world as a critic specializing in fashion,music and art.

His involvement as a musician in the indie rock scene, along with his training in film brought him closer to the photography of the great portraitists of rock'n'roll and cinema of the 50s and 60s.

He began his career as a photographer in Spain, Milan and New York, producing contents for clients such as Lacoste, Etro and Tommy Hilfiger.
